The Temptation of Eve

I’ve recently discovered New Sensations, a feminist porn production company whose erotic stories “The Submission of Emma Marx” and “The Temptation of Eve” have received nominations for the Feminism Porn Awards. Both the films are the results of the collaboration between writer & director Jacky St. James, and director & cinematographer Eddie Powell. I truly enjoyed this discovery because it is such a refreshing step away from the often predictable plots, stereotypical characters and one-dimensional interactions that plague pornography, even the well-intended porna-graphy. I also love that they cast Remy Lacroix as Eve, as she (her derriere, to be specific) is so often ogled like a piece of meat by her male cast-mate(s) and viewers, it’s indeed very welcoming to see her take on the role of a normal girl in a healthy, loving relationship with Tommy Pistol, and be strong, rational and smart while resisting an unhealthy, yet highly tempting one with Xander Corvus (drool).

But enough from me, you can watch the trailer of “The Temptation of Eve” for yourself below:

Here is how New Sensations resumes the movie:

“Thrust into an uncomfortable circumstance, Eve (Remy LaCroix) finds herself living under the same roof as Brandon (the man she shared the most intense sexual connection of her life with) and Danny (her current love whom she shares the most intimate emotional connection of her life). Her own curiosity about the man she lusted for long ago, coupled with his desperate attempts at manipulating her back into another affair, leaves Eve straddling the line between right and wrong. Will Eve succumb to Brandon’s games? Or will she stay loyal to Danny, the man who continues to be her grounding force in the unpredictable, unstable world Brandon has begun to weave for both of them.” (click for source)
